Vous avez déjà sûrement pas mal entendu parler de la collection Gwen Stefani x Urban Decay mais je ne pouvais pas ne pas en parler par ici car de mon côté, c’est la collection de maquillage qui m’a fait le plus vibrer en ce début d’année !

J’aime beaucoup Gwen Stefani et sa musique alors une collection à son nom m’enthousiasmait vraiment ! Tout a commencé par l’achat de la palette de fards à paupières début janvier et après ça, à coups de bons de réduction Sephora, j’ai acheté un, deux puis trois rouges à lèvres et après un passage au brow bar Benefit j’ai fini par craquer pour le kit à sourcils ! Un petit test de tout ça ?

La palette de fards à paupières donc, avec -25% chez Sephora, elle devenait assez abordable et ses teintes neutres mais sympa me faisaient de l’oeil, surtout le “Plum”, un bordeaux/violet super canon et le “Serious”, un joli violet/marron foncé que j’utilise sans arrêt !

La tenue des fards Urban Decay n’est plus à prouver et cette palette est vraiment devenue ma favorite, elle a relégué mes Naked au second rang ! Seul petit bémol sur le fard “Harajuku”, un rose très… rose auquel je ne trouve aucune utilité mais tous les autres me servent donc on peut dire que la palette est rentable ^^ Quand j’ai acheté la palette, des échantillons de rouges à lèvres se trouvaient dedans et j’ai du prendre mon mal en patience en attendant que sorte le reste de la collection Gwen Stefani x Urban Decay et donc, les rouges à lèvres que voici !

Dernier achat en date, le rouge à lèvres “Wonderland”, un très beau rouge intense qui tire sur le fuchsia, il est supeeeeer pigmenté et le rendu ultra glamour, les lèvres deviennent pulpeuses et la brillance est parfaite, ni trop, ni trop peu !

Le “Rock Steady” est le tout premier de la gamme que j’ai acheté, je cherchais un joli rouge sombre et celui-ci s’est avéré parfait !

Et enfin, le très beau “714”, un rouge ultra mat à tomber avec une tonalité froide qui change de ceux que j’avais déjà. Les photos ne lui rendent pas vraiment honneur mais pour info c’est celui que je porte ici ! Je pense sérieusement à m’en acheter un deuxième pour faire des provisions en cas où je finirais celui-ci !

Les rouges à lèvres de la gamme sont vraiment parfaits, toutes les teintes sont bien pensées et je dois dire que j’étais étonnée d’encore trouver des teintes de rouge à lèvres assez inédites… Pour ne rien gâcher, ces rouges ont une super tenue… Les “brillants” méritent une petite retouche en milieu de journée mais le mat tient facilement une journée entière ! En attendant que je craque pour les autres teintes… on passe aux sourcils ?

Avant de tester l’épilation au brow bar de Benefit et l’épilation des sourcils tout court, je ne me serais pas imaginée acheter une palette uniquement dédiée aux sourcils puiiiiiis mes yeux sont tombés sur celle-ci. La palette “Bathwater blonde” propose deux teintes de fards taupe qui correspondent à pas mal de monde et dans mon cas, les couleurs sont parfaites ! Je me sers de la plus foncée pour dessiner mes sourcils et de la plus claire pour les remplir, la cire quant à elle sert à remettre à leur place les poils un peu farouches ! Sous les fards se trouvent deux petits pinceaux et une pince à épiler, ça tient plus du gadget qu’autre chose vu la taille de ces accessoires mais ça dépanne bien en déplacement !

Au final, une fois toutes cette collection assemblée, ça donne ça ! Ici je porte le rouge à lèvres “Wonderland”, sûrement mon préféré de la gamme ♡ Et vous, vous avez craqué pour cette collection ou je suis la seule à être devenue complètement folle en la voyant ? Bon week end à toutes !

You’ve probably already heard about the Gwen Stefani x Urban Decay collection, but I couldn’t not talk about it here, it’s the make-up collection that excited me during this beginning of the year !

I really like Gwen Stefani and here music, so a make-up collection inspired by her really attracted me ! it all began when I bought the eyeshadow palette early January, and after that, helped by Sephora coupons and deals, I bought one, two then three lipstick, and after going to the Benefit Brow Bar, I ended up buying the brow kit ! How about a review of all of this ?

With a 25% reduction at Sephora, the eyeshadow palette became rather affordable, and its neutral but fun shades were eyeing me up, especially the shades “Plum”, a burgundy/purple extremely pretty and “Serious”, a pretty purple/dark brown I use all the time !

The staying power of Urban Decay is not to demonstrate anymore, and this palette really became my favourite, it put all my Naked palettes on the back burner ! The only drawback is the shade “Harajuku”, a pink very… pink, that I couldn’t really use, but I use all the other shades, so we can say that the palette is worth its price ^^When I bought the palette, there were samples of the lipsticks provided with it, and I had to to suffer in silence until the release of the rest of the Gwen Stefani x Urban Decay collection, and its lipsticks that follow !

The most recent purchase in the shade “Wonderland” is a really intense red, almost fuchsia, it’s reaaaally pigmented, and the result is extremely glamorous, it makes the lips full and the shine is right on, no too little, not too much !

The shade “Rock Steady” is the very first one I bought from the collection, I was looking for a nice deep red and this one happened to be perfect !

And finally, the beautiful shade “714” is an awesome matte cool red shade, which is a twist from the shades I already had. The pictures aren’t the most flattering, but FYI, i’m wearing it here ! I’m seriously considering buying a back up in case I finish this one !

The lipsticks from the collection are perfect, all the shades were really well-thought, and I have to say I was surprised to be able to find original shades of lipstick… What’s more, this lipsticks have an amazing staying power… The creamy finishes might need some touch up during the day, but the matte one easily stays on all day ! Before I give in for other shades, shall we move on to the brows ?

Until I tested the waxing from benefit’s brow Bar, and even until I tried plucking my eyebrows at all, I would never have thought I would ever buy a palette just for my eyebrows, and theeen, my eyes saw this one. The “Bathwater blonde” palette offers two shades of taupe eyeshadow that will suit a good majority of people, and in my case, the colours are perfect ! I use the darkest one to draw on the shape and the lightest one to fill them in, and the wax can be used to tame the wild brow hairs ! Underneath the pans are to small brushes and a pair of twizzers, but it’s more of a gadget thing since they are so small, but it can come to the rescue when travelling !

In the end, here’s the whole collection ! Here I’m wearing the lipstick int he shade “Wonderland”, probably my favourite from the line ♡ How about you, have you gave in to the collection, or am I the only one who became totally crazy when I saw it ? Have a great weekend everyone !
